Building Act 2004 Law Changes & Advice

There are some proposed law changes coming shortly to the Building Act 2004.  But like any law there will be some fishhooks. I don’t wish to comment yet as there are impending select committee reviews, lobby groups input, second readings in Parliament and then the old Governor General has to put her name to it. Once I’ve read the new law changes and advice from MBIE I will be able to safely advise my clients.
